Maanaadu 2021 Hindi Dubbed: On the day of a public conference by the state’s Chief Minister, his bodyguard and a police officer become stuck in a time loop. Maanaadu is a feast of sound, vision, even taste. It is noteworthy that Venkat Prabhu tells a complex sci-fi story, but it is completely plausible with a good first half of being confronted with a film whose plot one can predict after a while, only to be confronted a little later with twists and turns that were simply KICKASS. You could say that halfway through as it makes you anticipate for an interval bang and the film does a U-turn which pays off.

A totally refreshing & different one from the director: Venkat Prabhu. Beautifully written & executed. I think the main thing is Yuvan’s bgm and SJSuryah contextual acting with various emotions in every repeating sequence, I think that’s where this film stands purely on the shoulders of the antagonist’s acting & bgm and just for the sake of it, remove these 2 elements from the movie and it’ll be one of the crappiest sci-fi movies of all time, that’s the kinda impact these 2 elements has on the film.
